We stuffed this stunning grazing desk with UK specialty cheeses, starting from Shropshire, England’s Belton Farms Sage Derby to Collier’s Welsh Cheddar, and set out contemporary, summery salads to accompany them. Handed hors d’oeuvres that includes Scottish brown crab, Lochlander Scottish Smoked Salmon, and premium Welsh lamb, which is lastly obtainable in america, disappeared shortly en route from the kitchen.

(You will discover the recipe in her cookbook, Taste Kitchen)
